Shipping Policy
All products available on Slaycar are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery takes an average of 5 to 12 business days (counted from the date of posting), depending on the location. Shipping usually takes 2 to 5 days after payment confirmation in our system, and the delivery time only begins after this period.
This time may vary depending on the speed of transportation and customs. If delays occur, the delivery time may be extended by an additional 30 business days.
All purchases have a tracking code that can be tracked from the moment it leaves the country of origin until it arrives at your home.
Since shipping is international, the tracking code may take some time to activate on Brazilian websites. Therefore, we send the tracking code by email approximately 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that if your order included more than one product, you may receive more than one tracking code.
If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee (shipping cost + postal fee) will be required for reshipment.
