Refund Policy

Our store's policy on refunds and reshipments for products purchased from us aims to provide customers with security and peace of mind!

We will refund the amount paid for the products or reship the product in the following situations:

1 - Receipt of a defective product (a video showing the unboxing of the order must be sent within 7 days of pickup)

2 - Dissatisfaction with the product (must be requested within 7 days of pickup)

3 - The shipment exceeded the delivery time specified on the product page and website

NOTE¹: The Consumer Code clearly states that the customer has up to 7 days after collection to exercise their right to collect on purchases made online. After this period, we do not issue reshipments or refunds.

NOTE²: In the event of a defect or dissatisfaction with the order, the customer must return the product to our store.

NOTE³: We do not issue refunds for orders that are still in the shipping process and within the delivery timeframe. Refunds are only issued after the customer has collected and returned the product.

To be eligible, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and functional, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned product. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you're approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

If any of the above situations have occurred, please follow our instructions below so we can resolve the issue as best as possible for you!

2 - Your request will be evaluated within 2 business days. If the problem is confirmed, we will contact you and you can choose one of the following options:

- Receive a refund of the amount paid.

- Receive a new product identical to the one you ordered.
