1 ,WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, among others). We also accept Boleto and PIX as payment methods through the best and most secure payment platforms, Mercado Pago and Appmax.
2. HOW SECURE IS MY PURCHASE?
When you purchase online using your credit card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL page. Your information is encrypted with SSL and sent directly to the credit card company's network, where the card and transaction are authorized and approved. 3. ARE THERE FEES TO PAY BECAUSE YOUR FACTORIES ARE ABROAD? No. You will not pay any additional fees.
4. IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS, CAN I? All our deliveries are made after confirming all the details you provided at checkout. 5. CAN I CHANGE IT EVEN AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED? Please note that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your current address for future orders.
6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP? AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. After your order ships, we'll email you your tracking number and tracking website (the one you provided when ordering). Order processing and shipping will take 1 to 5 business days. After this period, a tracking code will be sent to the email address you provided during registration for real-time tracking. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the Postal Service.
